I always find I do a better workout when I have good motivating music to listen too . Since a lot of people are getting into fitness this Janaury I thought it was the perfect time to share some of my all time favourite music tracks to listen to in the gym . Please keep in mind I listen to a lot of rap/R'n'B .
1. Can't Be Touched - Roy Jones
Roy Jones was also a world champion boxer & used this song as his entrance song. Its been out for years but I find it the best for getting into workout mode .

2. Till I Collapse - Eminem
I don't think I will ever find a song as uplifting & motivating then this ! If I could this gym playlist would probably be 80% Eminem .

3. Unstoppable - Sia
This ones definitely a lot less .... ghetto haha . Sia's voice is just something else & the lyrics are perfect when your struggling with that last rep .

4. Guts Over Fear - Eminem & Sia
One of my all time favourite songs in the gym & outside the gym . I listen to this song atleast once a day . The lyrics are amazing .

Good for getting you hyped to go for a workout . I can never listen to the full song though .

Perfect for that last set, always helps me get it done & struggle through the pain.

A little rock never hurt no one , this was taken from my dads (mainly rock) gym playlist .

9 . Business - Eminem (Matoma Remix)
Love the original but this remix makes it a little more upbeat . Great running track .

One of my favourite songs from Rihanna . Sometimes you cant beat female vocalists .
